Febrile seizures காய்ச்சல் வலிப்பு /எது வலிப்பு: Which is convulsion?
- சுய நினைவு இல்லை. Loss of consciousness
- கண் கரு விழி மேல் நோக்கி அல்லது ஒரு ஓரமாய் போய் நிற்பது. Eye ball going up or going towards one side
- வாய் கோணல். Deviation of mouth
- நுரை தள்ளுவது. froathing
- கை கால் விறைத்து நிற்பது. Hands and legs stiff
- கை கால் முறுக்குவது. வெட்டி இழுப்பது. Shaking of hands and legs.
1 பரம்பரை பிரச்சனை. அப்பா, அம்மா வழியில் யாராவது குழந்தைகளுக்கு இதுபோல் இருந்திருக்கலாம். அவர்கள் இப்போது உயிரோடு இருக்கலாம் அல்லது இறந்திருக்கலாம்.. why this would have. This is a hereditary problem. Some body in the family would have had it as a child below three years. During fever attack. They may be alive or dead
2. உயிர் ஆபத்து கிடையாது. There is no risk to life because of the fits
3. நரம்பு தளர்ச்சி வராது. Paralysis or other neurological problem will not come
4. எதிர் காலப் பாதிப்பு இருக்காது. There is no risk to future
5. தணியாக இருக்கும் போது பிரச்சனை இருக்காது.. There is no risk even when the child is aloneமுதல் உதவி: படுக்க வைக்கவும். சாவி கொடுப்பது மருந்து தருவதுவேண்டாம்.ஸ்பிரேஅடிக்கலாம்
First aid: keep the child in the lying position. Do not give keys.
இழுப்பு : ஜுரம் வரும் முதல் 2 நாள் CLOBAZAM 2 வேளை 5வயது வரை தரலாம்
Give Clobazam tablets twice daily till the child becomes five years, whenever the child develops fever. தெளிவு பாதிப்பு: 30 நிமிடம் சுய நினைவு ( அதிக பட்சம்45 நிமிடம் ) வரவில்லைஎனில் மருத்துவ மனை உடனே வரவும். Consciousness should return in 30 minutes , maximum 45 minutes. If it does not occur come to the hospital
